Sunday December 11, 2016
Start: Dec 11 2016 6:00 pm

We invite you to join us at an open house meeting on Sunday, December 11, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Suzanne Patterson Center (behind Monument Hall), just before the PCDO meeting, to learn more about the different ways that you can get involved.

This is an informal opportunity for Democrats to learn about the local political process and municipal elections. Topics to be covered include how candidates get on the ballot, the local Democratic Party endorsement process, and the different Democratic organizations in Princeton.

Start: Dec 11 2016 7:30 pm

A Working Meeting to Focus on Our Commitment to Action

At our November meeting we had an overwhelming turnout of about 200 Democrats who are concerned about the implications of the 2016 national elections. Thanks to those who contributed thoughts and ideas on how to respond. Attached is a condensed version of the comments we received. Now it’s time to turn our concerns into action!

On Sunday, December 11, the PCDO will focus on how to meet the oncoming challenges both as a group and individually. Everyone will have an opportunity to highlight their concerns; the lists attached will be used as reference/guidelines. We will form small groups to discuss the top issues and steps to take. Then we will reconvene as a large group to review the findings and determine how to devote our time and resources to the political, social, and economic agendas.
