Registration is for PCDO members. Your username will used to log in and will be visible to other members if you add content to the website. No other information will be shown.

First and last name must be provided to identify you as a PCDO member. If your name does not identify you, your account may be blocked.
Provided for volunteer coordination and group communication only -- number will be kept private. The content of this field is kept private and will not be shown publicly.
